What are your delivery methods and at what price?

When entering your order, choose the delivery method offered on the e-shop site:

- Colissimo Domicile or Colissimo Point Relais for a
delivery in metropolitan France and Corsica.

- Colissimo International for delivery abroad.

Delivery costs are calculated according to your delivery address and vary according to the geographical area.


Namely, the delivery is free from 100€ of purchase for metropolitan France.

For residents outside the European Union, customs fees related to the shipment of the order are borne by Artlove.

How to track my order ?

You can track your order directly from your "My Account" space accessible on the Site or by going to https://www.coliposte.net , with your parcel tracking number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you can send us an email at hello@artlove.fr

Namely, we process orders every morning. It is therefore imperative in the event of a request for cancellation or modification of an order to notify us before it is processed. If necessary, you can opt for a complete or partial return of your order.

My package is lost, what should I do?

If your parcel is declared lost (the final answer is often formulated within 3 weeks), ARTLOVE will notify you and immediately initiate the reimbursement of the parcel.
