MC LIN (trade name of ARTLOVE) is the seller of the products and services present on the site.
The merchant site www.artlove.fr (hereinafter "the Site") is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet, open to any user of this network.
It is operated by MC LIN, a company (hereinafter referred to as MC LIN), SAS with a capital of 400,000 euros, whose registered office is 10 passage des taillandiers, 75011 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 417 709 516, intra-community VAT number FR 13 417 709 516.
The Site allows MC LIN to offer its products (hereinafter "the Products") for sale in France and abroad.

Article n°1: The Products
The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Site in each of the Product sheets.

Article n°5: Reservation of Title
The Products remain the property of MC LIN until full receipt of payment for each order.

Full payment must be made when ordering. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or installment. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
The Customer pays for his order via credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via the secure platform implemented by Stripe (www.stripe.com), or via the Paypal platform.
The Site www.artlove.fr is subject to a security system in order to protect as effectively as possible all sensitive data related to the means of payment used on the Site.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable.
Any order made on the Site implies the guarantee on the part of the Customer that he has all the necessary authorizations to use the means of payment made available on the Site.
MC LIN reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order if it encounters difficulties in collecting payment.

Article n°7: Anti-fraud
MC LIN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Any resale of products purchased on the Site is strictly prohibited.
In addition, to fight against fraud, MC LIN has set up a system implementing exclusion lists, which may lead it to:

Article n°8: Delivery
For any order placed on the Site, we undertake to prepare your order within 24 to 96 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and within a maximum of 10 working days during periods of high activity (Christmas, sales, etc.).

Delivery address :
The Customer may request that the items ordered be delivered to him at his home, at his office, at a third party, at his place of vacation, etc. He also has the option of having the items delivered to one of the natural persons of his choice.
In the event of an error in the wording of the Customer's contact details, MC LIN cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the item(s) ordered.
In the event of absence during a Colissimo delivery to the address indicated by the Customer, a transit advice note is normally left by the Post Office: the Customer can then collect his package from the post office with a proof of identity within 15 days of the date of filing of this notice.
After this time, the package will be returned to the MC LIN company. Customer Service will then contact the Customer for a possible reshipment, the costs of which are the responsibility of the Customer, or without a response from the Customer, a refund of the order.
When a package leaves the warehouses of the MC LIN company to be sent to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the latter receives electronically from the Site a shipping confirmation on which is indicated the number tracking his package.
The Customer can follow the progress of the processing of his order in his secure personal space "My account" accessible on the Site or by going, with his parcel tracking number, to the websites made available by Colissimo.

Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the Customer by our carriers, materialized by the delivery tracking offered on the websites of our carriers mentioned above.
If 7 working days after the shipment of the package, the Customer has no news of his order, he must contact the post office closest to the place of delivery.
If neither the post office nor the delivery tracking system offered on the websites of our carriers mentioned above claim to have a trace of this package, the Customer must then contact MC LIN through the Service. Customer who will then open an investigation with the competent services.
The deadlines for a definitive response from our carriers vary from one to three weeks from the date on which the file is taken into account by the services of the MC LIN company.
The Customer may, at this stage, cancel his order with Customer Service due to the delay suffered and request a refund of his order. The package, if found, will be sent to MC LIN.
When the Customer wishes, conversely, to continue his order and receive his product despite the delay suffered:
- If the package is found, it is sent to the Customer: the reception procedure then follows its normal course (deposit of the package or transit advice note)
- If the package is declared lost (the final answer is often formulated within the maximum timeframe, i.e. three weeks), MC LIN then notifies the Customer and immediately undertakes the reimbursement of the package (products and shipping costs).
Are considered in particular as cases of force majeure releasing MC LIN from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, impossibility of being supplied.
In any case, the delivery of our products on time can only occur if the Customer is up to date with his obligations.
It is up to the Customer to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious traces of deterioration.
Said reservations and complaints must be sent to the Post Office by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Article n°9: Returns
It is recalled that the legal withdrawal period in accordance with the Consumer Code is 14 clear days, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. This period runs from receipt for the Products or acceptance of the offer for the Services.

The Product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the order return slip, to the address indicated on the transport slip.
In the absence of the order return form inside the package, MC LIN cannot proceed with the refund or the creation of a credit note for the returned Products.
Products returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, worn or soiled will not be taken back.
In the event of a refund request:
Returned Products will be refunded to the Customer within a maximum period of thirty days from their receipt by MC LIN.

In the event of a credit note request:
The exchange will be made by issuing a credit note equal to the sum of the amount of the Products and valid for 3 months.

This credit can only be used once. Any balance will be forfeited.
Article n°10: Legal guarantees
The Products benefit from guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

The withdrawal period does not start to run again after receipt of the new Product.
